Becky on Becky: I am 33 years old, still trying to grow up and learn how to be an independent woman while at the same time recognizing I am utterly dependent on God. I find my identity in many things, but especially in that fact that God likes me and is happy to call me His :"I am poor and needy yet the LORD thinks upon me!" Ps. 40:17. I love Jesus for His endless kindness, patience, and acceptance of me especially when it's so very difficult to accept myself. I love Jesus because He is Truth and Faithful Promise fulfilled. He is my night light through the darkness of my fears, my sunshine and breath of fresh air that reminds me that simplicity and peace are gifts from Heaven, and my rock solid Word to live by. I love Jesus because He is so organized and safe! He's Good! He has given me my high school sweetheart Justin as my amazing husband for over 11 years and walked us from Hell and back to teach us what restoration and patient endurance is all about. He has given me a muscial theater diva for a daughter (Ansley - 8) and an all star sports star for a son (Caden - 6). They are teaching me how to give and receive love in ways that are both effortless and exhausting! He's given me an amazing career as an Occupational Therapist working in in-patient rehab, allowing me to serve and grow daily in my ability to follow His promptings to meet the needs of others around me. In one moment I can be confident and assertive in the strengths and abilities I have as a woman of purpose, and in the next moment I can be overwhelmed and fearful of what's not in my control (everything!). God knows my issues and still likes me - praise Jesus!

Jill on Becky: Heath and I lived with Becky and Justin for a few months before leaving Florida. During that time their family was going through a very dark period. Each morning I saw Becky hang out with Jesus and hang on to a family when most of the world was telling her to run like the wind. This former Florida Gator cheerleader is one surprise after another. I love that the Lord interrupted my life with her...
